Football on Duel

I got lucky with the teams. The prices deserved a closer look.

In football specifically, Duel priced higher than Stake on 67 of 78 matched selections. These 78 are part of the 93-selection overall record.

The bets were fun. I am not claiming a system.

I picked random teams and got incredibly lucky during my second session. A double on Cavalry and Portland returned $42.77 from $15, I cashed out a treble for $65.36, and I got money back from two correct-score positions as well.

I like having those markets to play with while the rest of the casino night is going on. But choosing a winning team and getting a better price are different things. My results that night tell you I was lucky; the captured comparisons let me check the price without pretending I knew who would win.

The football verdict

Across 26 fixtures, Duel had the strictly higher price than Stake on 67 of 78 full-time home, draw and away selections. That repeated difference is why I would check its football board before settling for the number I already have open elsewhere.

I keep the individual competitions below so the scale stays clear. Each is part of this football record, and football is part of the overall sportsbook review. The underlying prices, dates and excluded matches live on those competition pages.

The difference in a winning return

I do not need a different team or another leg to benefit from the higher price. Across these football captures, the mean per-selection return advantage was 4.3% over Stake and 7.8% over Rainbet. That is more money back for the same stake when the same selection wins.

There were exceptions in the record. I would still compare the live number on my next bet, particularly if I was moving away from full-time result into one of the other markets I enjoy.

Correct scores were part of the appeal

I liked being able to place something other than the obvious match winner. The correct-score bets were part of my session, alongside the double and treble. The fixture inspections also showed goal totals, player selections, corners, cards and eligible Bet Builder combinations.

I have kept those product observations out of the price count. The number at the top is for captured full-time 1X2 selections. The shared capture method explains how the comparisons are made, and my session story follows the bets through the rest of the night.
