What my account can tell you about complaints

I haven’t taken a formal complaint through Duel. Eight completed withdrawals are useful evidence about my account, but they don’t tell me how a disputed bet or frozen balance would be resolved.

The evidence I do have

My withdrawal record shows the completed ETH and LTC payments, and the KYC tracker records whether ID was requested. Those observations stay dated. They are the basis of my experience, not a complaint-rate survey.

The saved support reply of 20 September answers a question about minimums, maximums and fees. It was an information request, not a payment dispute. There is no reliable measured reply duration, so I have not turned it into a support-speed rating.

What is still untested

I have no completed Duel complaint, escalation or account-restriction case to show. I also haven’t tested the largest withdrawal the system will accept. Until there is a real case with messages and an outcome, a claim that support handles disputes well would be guesswork.

That is a different situation from my Rainbet withdrawal, where I did contact support after waiting. The conversation belongs to that comparison; I don’t transfer its result to Duel.

Public accusations need their own evidence

I examine the streamer-balance allegations in the fake-balances investigation. That question has different evidence from a player’s unpaid withdrawal. Combining them into one pile of “complaints” would make both harder to judge.

The legitimacy review brings together the operator, licence and my own payments. It is where I explain what those pieces establish and what they leave open.
