Sunday evening · the first deposit
I started with £50 and a bonus hunt
My first day on Duel had been enough to bring me back. This time I sent Litecoin through Revolut X. The £3 crypto fee on the way in left me starting with about $63 on Duel, and I went between slots and Mines, collecting bonuses to open later.
The balance dropped through $40, then down near $8. “Well, I’m fucked. This night is over in an hour.” That was what went through my head. Somehow I got it back to roughly $58, but the recovery did not last and the first deposit went.
I put another £40 in. I called it a rage redeposit at the time, which says enough about the decision. This time I got up to roughly $110 and took about $60 out, leaving around $50 on Duel to carry on.
Early evening · money out, then back in
The first cash-out was not the finish
My first Litecoin withdrawal was on the blockchain within five minutes of the request. The wallet verification worked, there was no ID request and I did not see a separate Duel withdrawal fee. That was the straightforward experience I wanted after using ETH the first time.
I carried on with the money left behind, lost another balance on Mines and sent some of the withdrawn money back in. There was another deposit and another cash-out before I got back to opening the hunt. By the Le Bandit capture, I had $50.77 showing in the game.
I had Donny Dough, Duck Hunters 2 and The Dog House Megaways saved up. When I opened Duck Hunters, it returned $24.58 from seven spins. The Dog House followed with $18.04. They kept the night alive, but neither was the hit I would remember it for.
These are the balances visible in the games, not a continuous wallet history. The bonus wins beside them can still be awaiting credit. Sources and gaps ↓
Later that evening · Tanked
When Tanked hits, it juices hard
Tanked is one of those slots that, when it hits, it juices hard, and this was a great setup. The Reaper Spins feature on Tanked 3: First Blood 2 paid $272.34. Fourteen spins had changed the whole feel of the night.
I was suddenly talking about taking roughly $172 out and keeping $100 to play with. Three minutes after the result capture, I requested the bigger withdrawal. That was another perfectly good place to finish, with money out and a much better night behind me than I had expected when I was down near $8.
I also moved some money through my wallet and bank into stocks so I would leave it alone. That turned out to be a more effective boundary than leaving it sitting there while I carried on playing.

Towards midnight · the football bets
I picked random teams and got incredibly lucky
After Tanked, I started putting the football slips together. I like the increased odds on Duel, and I like having so many silly markets to put bets on. That does not mean I had some brilliant football read: I picked literally random teams and got incredibly lucky.
I placed a $15 double on Cavalry and Portland, followed by a separate $15 treble. I was still moving money in and out of the casino as I went. Then I added two $5 correct-score bets on the Cavalry match.
After midnight, I cashed out those correct-score positions for $10.51 and $26.28. The double came in for $42.77, and later I cashed out the treble for $65.36. I took another withdrawal after that, but I was still nowhere near done.
The early hours · giving it back
Then the bubble burst on Mines
I kept the night going with Mines. By the end I was thinking about the money I had just lost, despite having already taken money out, and started increasing the stakes to get it back. Seven losing bets cost $71.53 in one displayed minute.
It was a stupid decision. The money I had moved into stocks stayed off limits and I was not putting fresh personal money in, but I still managed to hand back a chunk of a night that had given me plenty of chances to stop.
Even that run was not quite the end. My history has one more deposit after it and more Mines bets before I finally finished. I remember leaving with a modest profit; what sticks with me is how much better the finish could have been if I had stopped earlier.
Two days later · the last £30
And then I came back for a cheeky £30
A couple of days later I put another £30 in and lost it almost instantly. That belongs to this session too, even if it is a fairly miserable postscript to the better parts.
Including that loss, the change in my Duel account stats puts Session 2 at +$88.49, with $5,122.92 wagered. I was still up, but I had given myself plenty of chances to finish with more.
I still love Duel for its simplicity. It has the games I want to play and feels like a great balance for me. The decisions at the end of this night were mine, and liking the casino does not make them any better.
I took six Litecoin withdrawals during the night, all without an ID request. The withdrawal record has the timings and receipts; my sportsbook review puts the prices beside the other books.
