What the email form collects
The inline signup form records the email address entered, a source-page tag, the lead magnet requested and a consent timestamp. The source tag helps DuelVerdict send relevant updates—for example, a rakeback change to readers who joined from the rakeback guide—rather than sending every message to everyone.
Lead records are stored as private objects in DuelVerdict’s Vercel account. They are not available through a public file URL and are not shared with Duel as part of the affiliate referral process.
How email information is used
The address may be used for the requested checklist and occasional material updates about Duel access, withdrawals, games, rewards or the PrincePickles referral route. It is not permission for daily promotional blasts or unrelated third-party offers.
DuelVerdict may connect the private lead store to an email service provider later. If that happens, the provider will process addresses only to deliver and manage the mailing list, including suppression and unsubscribe records.
Analytics, retention and your choices
Google Analytics and Vercel measurement tools load only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Rejecting analytics does not block the site or the email form. Affiliate-link clicks are measured only when analytics consent has been granted.
Email records are retained until they are unsubscribed, deleted or no longer useful for the stated mailing purpose. Every campaign email will provide an unsubscribe route. A public data-request contact will be added before the first campaign is sent.
Questions players ask
Does Duel receive my email address?+
No. The DuelVerdict signup form stores the address in DuelVerdict’s private lead store. Opening Duel through an affiliate link is a separate action.
Can I subscribe without accepting analytics?+
Yes. Email signup and analytics consent are independent choices.
Will DuelVerdict sell its mailing list?+
No. Email addresses are collected for DuelVerdict updates and are not sold as a data product.
How do I unsubscribe?+
Every campaign email will include an unsubscribe route. DuelVerdict will not send a campaign until that mechanism is in place.
